BSI VINTAGE SWEAT

This is Mark doing my version of a 'focus' curl with cable tower. RATIONALE:encourages FULL extension of the arm which also encourages constant tension. This movement also plays an important role in decelerating [negative work].  I just love this technique because it loads the bicep in a completely horizontal role versus the typical vertical ie standing. 
PS: superb for bicep 'peaks' and 'splits' !
