THE BENCH PRESS AND SHOULDER PAIN


Shoulder pain is common in fitness especially if you are a big fan of the bench press and other high amplitude lifts. But here I talk about how shoulder pain happens and how the bench press is the culprit.

What you will see in this video are:
  • Two common grip types: Wide and narrow
  • The grip that will predispose you to this pain: Wide grip
  • A 'test' to determine if you have this particular shoulder pain
